Salary: £18,473 (gross) per annum
20hrs per week- 2.5 days (Flexible)
Length: 3 years fixed term
County Durham Labour is recruiting a Political Organiser. The successful candidate will be responsible for building capacity and enabling local activists to deliver effective campaigns with the specific aim of winning elections at all levels, alongside ensuring effective operation of Labour Party structures within County Durham.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and understanding of Party organisation at branch, constituency and regional level; experience of involvement in campaigning and managing volunteers, as well as the ability to draft press releases, campaign literature, and effectively utilising social media.
